Heart to Hands is a small home based business that makes custom hand crafted mittens from knit sweaters. The business started by acquiring old family heirloom sweaters originally intended to cover the heart and then repurposing them into functional mittens to warm the hands. The client wanted to develop a logo and a way to brand her mittens when displayed at boutiques and craft shows.

SOLUTIONS:
This logo design incorporates a brush script font that is soft and warm reflecting a hand crafted appearance. The logo's icon combines a heart shape within the outline of the mittens drawn with a brush stroke weighted to compliment the text. A product tag was designed to be printed at home and attached with yarn on a needed basis making a very cost effective brand packaging solution.
